SHIPPING
We ship via UPS unless a customer specifically requests another carrier. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the amount for which we insure the package. This is automatically calculated by UPS through our direct integration.
Domestic Shipping Options:
Ground (2-8 day delivery / starts at $8.00)
3 Days (3 day delivery / starts at $25.00)
Overnight (1-2 day delivery / starts at $50.00)
International Shipping Options:
International Standard (1-3 week delivery / starts at $20.00 for Canada and Mexico only)
UPS Expedited (6-12 day delivery / starts around $70 for most countries)
We typically ship orders out the next business day, but under some circumstances, we may take longer. A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. Groupe Seize sur Vingt is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Groupe Seize sur Vingt does not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges for store credit on unopened or unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. An additional shipping charge may apply for exchanges. We can not accept exchanges on tailored, altered or custom items. 50% non-refundable deposit on custom and special orders. All sales using store credits are final. All sample sale or discounted merchandise is final sale.

Our Privacy Policy is simple. We will not give away, sell, or trade your personal information to anyone else. We only store what is necessary to ship and process your order. All information is transmitted via an encrypted connection certified by PayPal who authorizes the transaction. We are notified of the transaction so that we can process the order.
